Pioneer's recruiters and account managers had no transparent, real-time view of their own earnings — and finance had no audit trail of how commissions were calculated. This platform solves all three pain points: it syncs Financial_Record__c data live from Salesforce, runs two separate calculation engines (matrix-based for recruiters, tier-based for account managers), and surfaces accurate earnings through role-gated dashboards. The system handles split commissions across shared deals, candidate and client reassignment edge cases, business development bonuses, and quarterly bonus calculations — with a full audit trail on every figure.
